Position: Travel Physical Therapist (PT) with experience in Home Health/Hospice
Location: New Lenox, Illinois
Shift: 8hr Day
Weekly Gross: $2553.80

Minimum Requirements:

  Active license as a Physical Therapist (PT)

\n

\n

  Licensed in Illinois (If applicable) or compact eligible

\n

\n

  Two years of recent Home Health/Hospice experience

\n

\n

\n
• \n

  Active BLS

\n

\n

\n
