Supply Planning Coordinator - $23-$25/HR DOE

 

A local business in Conroe, TX is searching for a Supply Planning Coordinator to assist in the company’s daily operations. This is a temp-possibility to hire position in a fast-paced environment and the ideal candidate will have extensive experience in supply planning.

 

Job Summary:

 

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Planning Coordinator to support our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will assist with supply planning, production planning, inventory replenishment, and data analysis to ensure products are delivered to customers on time and in full. The ideal candidate is highly organized, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

 

Summary of essential job functions:

·          Support production planning activities to ensure efficient manufacturing operations.

·          Coordinate inventory replenishment to maintain product availability across warehouse locations.

·          Analyze On-Time In-Full (OTIF) performance data and identify opportunities for improvement.

·          Communicate production schedule changes, expedited orders, and special production requirements with manufacturing teams.

·          Collaborate with Customer Care and Operations teams to coordinate product availability and shipment timelines.

·          Assist with physical inventory counts of finished goods and raw materials.

·          Support supply chain projects, reporting, and data analysis initiatives.

·          Maintain reports, documentation, and standard operating procedures.

·          Work cross-functionally with various departments to identify production needs and implement solutions.

·          Provide administrative and organizational support to Supply Chain team members.

 

Requirements:

·          2–5 years of experience in supply chain, production planning, inventory management, analytics, or a related field.

·          Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

·          Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics AX

·          Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·          Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

·          Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively under pressure.
