About the Job Operation Manager (QM)

We are looking for a Quality Control Manager for our partner. Our partner is a leading national provider that supports major cable operators throughout the United States.

We are looking for experienced professionals passionate about quality and willing to contribute to a dynamic and innovative company.

Responsibilities:

Tracking the performance of Recruiting, HR, Fleet, and Sales departments to ensure a high standard of quality in the completion of tasks.
Regularly reviewing processes and procedures within each department in accordance with company standards.
Analyzing data and metrics to identify potential improvements and optimize workflows.
Developing and implementing plans to improve performance and service quality.
Providing feedback to teams with recommendations to improve performance and quality.

Requirements:

Experience in operations management or quality control.
Understanding of business processes.
Analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make decisions.
Communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
Experience in developing and implementing process improvements.

Working conditions:

Remote cooperation format
Opportunities for further career development
Working hours 9 a.m.-6 p.m. (New York time)
