Join Staffworks Group as our next CNC Vertical Milling expert
Picture your day in Bellingham, MA: you arrive to a well-prepared job traveler, review a detailed blueprint, choose the right tools for a range of materials, and independently set up a vertical machining center. You verify dimensions with precision instruments, tweak a program when needed, and collaborate with teammates to keep quality and throughput on target—all while following company policies and procedures.
Role snapshot- Full-time position based in Bellingham, MA
- Compensation: $30/hr, commensurate with experience
- Immediate opening for an experienced CNC Milling/Setup Machinist
- Interpret and work directly from complex blueprints
- Independently set up CNC vertical mills for production
- Edit CNC programs as required to meet specifications
- Work confidently across a variety of materials
- Use precision measuring tools and inspection equipment to verify results
- Troubleshoot CNC milling issues to keep jobs moving
- Partner effectively with colleagues while adhering to all company policies and procedures
5+ years of hands-on CNC Vertical Milling experience
