What You'll Do

• Prepare high-quality meals with consistency and attention to detail
• Cook burgers, sandwiches, pastas, flatbreads, appetizers, and more
• Work fryers, grills, and other kitchen equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked
• Learn how to cook new specials every week along with new menu items
• Cook in a fast paced kitchen, with multitasking required
• Communicate effectively with teammates and help wherever needed to ensure a good steady flow
• Maintain speed without sacrificing food quality
• Take pride in the food you are cooking for our guests

Who We're Looking For

The perfect Cornerstone cook is someone who:

Restaurant experience is preferred, but not required. We'd rather hire someone with a great attitude who's willing to learn than someone with years of experience who isn't a team player.

Scheduling

We offer both full-time and part-time positions.
Weekend availability is required.
Our busiest seasons—including October events, the Cornerstone Christmas Experience, and holidays—are all hands on deck, so limited time off is available during those periods.

Compensation

Pay: $16.00–$20.00 per hour, based on experience, with opportunities for performance-based raises.
