Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure video conferencing platforms, addressing various behavioral health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and more.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and evidence-based interventions to inform treatment strategies and enhance clinical outcomes.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on achieving individualized goals and overcoming obstacles.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a network of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to create an integrated care approach.

• Document client progress and treatment results accurately, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with diverse young adults and adolescents grappling with a range of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or another related mental health discipline.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
