Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients’ mental and emotional health, utilizing techniques like client interviews and standardized assessments.

• Collaborate with clients to create personalized treatment plans addressing their specific needs, issues, and goals.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual and couples therapy sessions, focusing on enhancing communication skills, resolving conflicts, and improving relationships.

• Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on client progress and feedback, ensuring dynamic and responsive care.

• Document all client interactions accurately and efficiently in electronic health record systems, including progress notes and treatment updates.

• Engage in crisis intervention, offering immediate support and resources for clients in acute distress or emergencies.

• Participate in team meetings and case consultations to share insights and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• Stay informed on the latest research, techniques, and ethical considerations in marriage and family therapy to provide the best possible care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a wide range of client demographics including children, adolescents, adults, and couples. You will work with clients facing diverse challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics. By tailoring your therapeutic approach to each client’s unique circumstances, you'll help them achieve meaningful improvements in their mental well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related discipline is required.

• Active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
