Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a specialized educational program serving students ages 3-21 with developmental disabilities. This role focuses on developing and implementing individualized behavior intervention plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and supporting students through evidence-based behavioral practices integrated with developmental approaches. Candidates should be passionate about improving student outcomes and committed to ongoing professional growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).Train staff on behavior data collection and behavior intervention strategies.Analyze behavioral data and monitor student progress.Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.Partner with families to support consistency between school and home.Provide guidance on positive behavior support and trauma-informed practices.Maintain accurate documentation and behavioral reports.Required QualificationsCurrent Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.Active New Jersey BCBA certification or eligibility.Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in school or clinical settings.Experience working with children or adolescents with developmental disabilities or neurodivergent populations.Strong knowledge of behavior assessment, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning.Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.Strong report writing and documentation abilities.Ability to work effectively within interdisciplinary teams.Commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning.Preferred QualificationsExperience with the DIR/Floortime model.Safety Care certification or willingness to obtain.Experience with trauma-informed care and developmental approaches.Strong leadership, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.BenefitsMedical, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time Off & Sick LeaveLife InsuranceLong-Term DisabilityFlexible Spending Account (FSA)Tuition Reimbursement401(k) with Employer MatchEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)
