We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Recruiter/Payroll Administrator and admin support to a growing team. This role is responsible for managing payroll, human resources administration, employee benefits, recruiting, on boarding, compliance activities, travel and expense management, and general office operations.

Key responsibilities include processing bi-weekly payroll through ADP, maintaining HR records and HRIS systems, coordinating full-cycle recruitment and on boarding, administering employee benefits and 401(k) programs, managing timekeeping and paid time off, supporting employee training programs, and assisting with regulatory compliance reporting. The position also provides administrative support to management, oversees office operations, coordinates employee travel and expense reporting, and performs basic accounting and customer administration tasks.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, at least two years of payroll, human resources, or office management experience, strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience with ADP Workforce Now, learning management systems, ERP systems, and employment law compliance is preferred.
