Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information about our products, services, and policies. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, escalating to the appropriate team when necessary. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. Maintain accurate customer records and handle sensitive data with confidentiality. Qualifications Native or fluent in Dutch. Proficient in English. Previous experience in customer service is a plus. Strong problem‑solving skills. High level of empathy, patience, and a customer‑first attitude. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings & weekends.
