Senior Manager, Partner Success

Saviynt

Saviynt is an AI‑powered identity platform that helps organizations manage access to applications, data, and business processes. The platform safeguards digital assets, improves operational efficiency, and reduces compliance costs. What You Will Be Doing Conduct regular cadence meetings with key partners to gather feedback and drive continual improvements. Understand partner strategic goals and advise on how to achieve them. Provide feedback to partners on ways of working based on field information and internal data metrics. Collaborate with CSMs, TAMs, and Expert Services to build a picture of partner strengths, weaknesses and projects at risk. Track go‑live dates in your region, identify old or deferred go‑lives at risk. For projects at risk, identify causes and recommend interventions such as Expert Services, Support Operations escalation, or CSM/TAM ownership. Profile partners by geography, experience, and performance; assist Partner Directors and Sales Directors with recommendations. Data points include number of successful deployments, trained/certified resources, Saviynt Solutions contributions. Monitor and measure partner engagement with Freshdesk, Forums, Documentation Portal, Ideas Portal, and Saviynt Exchange. Use data‑driven analysis to identify trends at regional and global levels and devise strategies for field teams. Attend partner‑focused events, present on related topics or host workshops to increase partner engagement. Create content for quarterly partner newsletters that add value to partner capabilities and knowledge. Support the Partner Director in managing partner performance with evidential facts to enable a robust dialogue. Challenge the status quo and identify areas for improvement with partners and internal functional teams. Communicate the Saviynt vision and product roadmap. Manage upsell and cross‑sell opportunities; drive expansion opportunities; negotiate contracts and pricing. What You Bring Bachelor’s or equivalent degree in Engineering. 10+ years of experience in channel/partner management, enablement, or a related role within IAM/IGA organization. Thorough domain knowledge in all areas of IAG. Strong understanding of channel sales dynamics, partner ecosystems, and go‑to‑market strategies, with a proven track record of building scalable training programs. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with experience working cross‑functionally to build content and deliver trainings. Preferred: Experience with federal and governmental entities. Preferred: Experience with sales enablement tools and platforms. Deep understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices. Experience in user lifecycle management, provisioning, and reconciliation. Direct customer or partner interaction and management skills. Strong technical presentation and communication skills, verbal and written. Ability to present and communicate at an executive level. Must thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment. Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and maintain a positive attitude.
