Maintenance Technician

Marquette Management Inc. ( is seeking a Maintenance Technician in Ann Arbor, MI. This role is vital in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, general repairs in apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances. The ideal candidate must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, with excellent customer service skills and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turnovers is required. Qualifications that are a plus include HVAC or EPA Universal Certification, availability for on-call duties, and flexibility to work weekends as needed.
