Role Title: Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager Location: Sandy Springs, GA ( 4 days onsite, 1 remote) Employment Type: Full-time / permanent Compensation: Up to $70k Benefit highlight: 100% employer paid health insurance Summary Our client is a prominent member-based association in the Atlanta metro area seeking a Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager to own the day-to-day management of their sponsor, partner, and advertiser relationships. This is a relationship retention and execution-focused role — not a traditional sales or commission-based position. The right candidate is organized, persistent, and energized by keeping multiple relationships running smoothly across a busy annual conference and events calendar. Why It's Worth Your Time Own a defined book of sponsor and partner relationships with full accountability from day one Work within a well-established association that serves a large, active professional membership base Visible role with cross-functional reach — touching events, marketing, communications, and advocacy Variety built into every week — conferences, renewals, partner deliverables, and onsite event support Stable, salaried position with no commission pressure or quota stress What You'll Own Manage day-to-day communication and follow-up with sponsors, partners, and advertisers across all active agreements Drive renewal conversations and ensure partners are consistently engaged and receiving what they paid for Coordinate internally across marketing, events, and communications teams to ensure all partner deliverables are executed on time Track commitments across multiple agreements and flag gaps before they become problems Support conference and expo logistics onsite, including exhibitor management and sponsor activation Conduct quarterly reviews with affinity partners and bi-annual viability assessments Research new promotional opportunities and make recommendations for partnership expansion over time Manage advertising placements across print and digital channels including a flagship industry publication and association website Must-Haves 4+ years in account management, client success, partnerships coordination, or a closely related role Demonstrated history of owning external relationships with consistent follow-up and retention outcomes Strong written and verbal communication — high email volume and comfortable picking up the phone Experience coordinating across internal teams to deliver on commitments without direct authority Highly organized with the ability to track multiple agreements and stakeholders simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel Bachelor's degree preferred Nice to Have Experience in an association, nonprofit, or membership-based organization Background in event sponsorships, exhibit management, or conference coordination Exposure to advertising sales or media placements (print or digital) Familiarity with CRM or partnership tracking tools #J-18808-Ljbffr Aprio Talent Solutions
