Hiring Department Department of MO Telehealth Network Job Description The Associate Director of ECHO Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for the Show-Me ECHO Operations team and supervises six ECHO Coordinators responsible for supporting the implementation and coordination of ECHO programs. This position ensures consistent, high-quality operational practices across ECHO programs, provides ongoing coaching and mentorship to ECHO Coordinators, and oversees standardized workflows and processes related to ECHO coordination, Salesforce, and the MTN CRM. The Associate Director monitors operational capacity and performance, promotes data integrity and consistent documentation, and serves as a key liaison between ECHO Operations and MTN leadership. The position participates in internal leadership and cross-functional committees, supports continuous improvement and organizational planning, and collaborates with MTN leaders to advance the quality, efficiency, sustainability, and growth of Show-Me ECHO. ECHO Operations Team Leadership, Supervision & Staff Development - 30% Supervise six ECHO Coordinators, including setting expectations, monitoring workloads, supporting performance management, and promoting professional development. Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and operational support to ECHO Coordinators. Oversee day-to-day Operations team activities, workload distribution, team capacity, and operational needs. Facilitate team building, collaboration, communication, and knowledge sharing through regular team meetings. Serve as the primary resource for ECHO Coordinators in addressing operational questions, challenges, and escalations. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, consistency, and continuous improvement. ECHO Program Operations, Quality & Coordinator Oversight - 30% Oversee the consistent, high-quality coordination and implementation of Show-Me ECHO programs. Ensure quality collaboration, attendance, and adherence to the ECHO Model through observation of live ECHO sessions, fidelity checks, and feedback from Operations staff. Oversee ECHO logistics, including coordinator assignments, scheduling, time slots, team capacity, workload, and potential conflicts among topic areas. Maintain a working knowledge of ECHOs supported by the Operations team and serve as a primary point of contact for Hub Team operational escalations. Coordinate at least one ECHO program to maintain direct knowledge of coordinator responsibilities and operational challenges. Develop, implement, and revise ECHO operational procedures and workflows. Partner with ECHO leadership to develop and implement Hub Team materials and resources. Support recruitment and marketing efforts for ECHO programs in collaboration with the Business Manager, Associate Director of Partnership Management, and ECHO Coordinators. CRM/Salesforce, Data Integrity & Process Improvement - 20% Oversee standardized use of Salesforce and the MTN CRM across ECHO Operations. Ensure ECHO Coordinators consistently and accurately document program activities, participant engagement, recruitment, communications, and other required information. Monitor CRM data integrity and compliance with established operational processes. Participate in the Data Integrity Committee and collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify data quality issues and implement solutions. Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems, and processes that increase efficiency, consistency, and sustainability. Use operational data and staff feedback to inform process improvements and support organizational decision-making. Ensure operational procedures and systems remain aligned with evolving MTN needs and strategic priorities. Organizational Leadership, Cross-Functional Collaboration & Strategic Initiatives - 20% Participate in MTN Leadership and other internal committees and workgroups. Shift Monday - Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Minimum Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 4 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications Education: Master's degree in healthcare administration, public health, business administration, education, or a related field Years of Experience: Three or more years of progressively responsible supervisory or team leadership experience Niche Professional Interests: Familiarity with the Project ECHO model, telehealth, continuing education, or healthcare workforce development Anticipated Hiring Range Salary Range: $54,000 - $67,000 annually Grade: GGS - 010 University Title: ASOC DIR PROGRAM/PROJECT OPS Internal applicants can determine their university title by accessing the Talent Profile tile in myHR.
