Throughout your day, you'll respond to internet leads, incoming phone calls, and customer inquiries, while scheduling and confirming showroom appointments that help drive dealership traffic. You'll follow up with prospective and previous customers, build lasting relationships through consistent communication, maintain accurate customer records within our CRM system, and collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from initial contact to showroom visit.
