Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to support clients across various geographical locations from the comfort of your own home. As a member of a telehealth team, you will engage with clients Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, maintaining a balanced work-life dynamic without the demands of crisis calls. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of client mental health needs, utilizing online platforms to facilitate effective teletherapy sessions.

• Provide individualized and group therapy services, tailoring treatment plans to align with each client's unique circumstances and goals.

• Maintain accurate documentation of client services in our Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.

• Deliver services with cultural sensitivity, respecting the diverse backgrounds, identities, and values of clients.

• Develop and nurture effective therapeutic relationships, collaborating with other professionals and support staff to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Write detailed progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to chronicle client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Engage in crisis intervention when necessary, providing immediate support and connecting clients to relevant resources and services.

• Continually stay informed about the latest developments, evidence-based practices, and emerging trends in the mental health field to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
