Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy, focusing on achieving measurable goals tailored to the specific emotional and relational needs of clients.

• Conduct comprehensive intakes and assessments to understand each client's unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with state regulations, HIPAA, and our organizational policies, ensuring accurate patient records.

• Regularly participate in virtual team meetings for case reviews, clinical supervision, and professional development to uphold high standards of practice.

• Contribute to community outreach initiatives aimed at increasing awareness of mental health resources and reducing stigma associated with seeking therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Georgia.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
