Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT with Not Just Therapy, LLC, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Providing therapeutic support to clients facing a variety of challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, grief, and communication barriers.

• Designing and implementing individualized treatment plans that respect and reflect the values, preferences, and unique needs of each client.

• Creating a therapeutic environment that fosters trust and collaboration, ensuring that clients feel comfortable sharing their experiences.

• Maintaining accurate and thorough documentation that captures the progress of client treatment and provides clear insight into interventions and strategies used.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, clinicians, and case managers to ensure a holistic approach to client care that maximizes the effectiveness of therapy.

• Responding to client crises as they arise, providing immediate support, and developing crisis management plans as needed.

• Pursuing continuous personal and professional growth in specific interest areas such as trauma-informed care, adolescent therapy, or couples counseling.

Your client base will primarily consist of individuals and families from diverse backgrounds in the Bloomingdale community. You will work with clients experiencing various life transitions, mental health issues, and relational challenges, ensuring that your practice is welcoming and inclusive. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
