Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Grow Therapy Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual and couples therapy sessions to address relational issues, emotional distress, and behavioral challenges.

• Developing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, spanning from couples to families.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to guide clients through difficulties such as grief, conflicts among family members, job stress, and communication challenges.

• Facilitating discussions among family members to resolve cut-offs and enhance interpersonal communication.
\n
• Providing psychoeducation to clients regarding coping strategies and mental health resources.
\n
• Adapting therapy approaches to accommodate diverse populations, including blended families, and those experiencing separation or divorce.

• Maintaining accurate records of patient progress and documenting therapy sessions in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a wide range of clients, including couples and individuals experiencing challenges related to:

• Medical issues and their impact on familial relationships

• Mother/daughter conflicts and other communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

To thrive in this role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A current and valid Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) credential.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• An active state license to practice in Colorado.
