Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Inner Alchemy Counseling, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing tailored therapy sessions for couples, individuals, and families.

• Developing and implementing effective treatment plans that address a variety of issues, including but not limited to, grief and loss, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment issues stemming from separation and divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to facilitate client progress, and regularly reviewing treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes.
\n
• Maintaining comprehensive and accurate documentation of client interactions and progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards.
\n
• Actively participating in team meetings and professional development sessions to enhance clinical skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will have the opportunity to work with diverse client populations, including couples experiencing relational distress, families navigating complex dynamics, and individuals coping with various psychological challenges. Your work will directly position you to impact clients dealing with:

• Alcohol abuse and substance-related challenges.
\n
• Trauma resulting from physical or psychological abuse.
\n
• Grief and loss issues affecting various family structures.

• Job stress, medical issues, and their implications on family health.

• Parent-child conflicts, especially those involving mother/daughter dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

Familiarity with telehealth platforms and a flexible availability of 30 hours or more per week are strong assets.
