Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and establish diagnosis concerning mental health disorders for clients seeking individual, group, or family therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, focusing on their unique needs and goals.

• Utilize a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems Therapy, and Solution-Focused Therapy, to improve clients' mental health and relational dynamics.

• Facilitate therapy sessions in a manner that fosters trust, respect, and mutual commitment to the therapeutic process.

• Monitor client progress regularly, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services as needed, including referral to appropriate community resources for additional support.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in adherence to state regulations and ethical standards, ensuring timely and comprehensive documentation.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
