Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience as a paraprofessional or in a similar classroom support role preferred
• Familiarity with elementary school curriculum and classroom routines

• Patient, flexible, and compassionate approach to student needs
• Must be reliable, organized, and committed to maintaining a nurturing learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional support to individual students and small groups as directed by the teacher
• Assist with classroom management, behavioral support, and transitions throughout the school day
• Support students with diverse learning needs, helping adapt materials and activities as necessary
• Foster positive relationships with students, encouraging academic and social-emotional growth
• Help maintain a safe and engaging classroom environment
• Contribute to team meetings and communicate student progress to educators as needed
