• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status and needs, ensuring the creation of individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices.

• Implement solution-focused therapeutic interventions tailored to each patient, utilizing techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness practices, and other effective modalities.

• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records, documenting patient interactions in compliance with healthcare regulations, which allows for better continuity of care.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of health professionals to ensure integrated and coordinated patient care across disciplines, including regular participation in case consultations and peer review meetings to enhance treatment quality.

• Provide education and support to patients and their families, empowering them to understand mental health issues and enhancing their capacity for self-management.

• Stay abreast of the latest research and developments in mental health to continually refine therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes.

You will work with a varied patient population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing a range of challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and adjustment disorders. • A valid Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A current and valid LCSW license in the state of Virginia.
