CNC Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in sustainable manufacturing and plastic recycling, is seeking a dedicated CNC Machine Operator to join their team. As a CNC Machine Operator, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: CNC Machine Operator
Location: Garfield, MN
Pay Range: $18-$19/hour
Shift: Monday-Thursday: 8 PM to 6 AM
What's the Job?
- Operate and manage CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, and milling.
- Set up CNC equipment to ensure efficient and accurate production runs.
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments to optimize results.
- Conduct daily checks to guarantee machinery functionality and safety.
- Record production and quality data to maintain comprehensive logs.
What's Needed?
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is a plus, but not required.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and teamwork orientation.
