Growth hiring will be a core focus, including roles across Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations.Own full-cycle recruiting for GTM roles, from sourcing to close. Build and manage strong pipelines of high-quality GTM and Growth candidates. Partner closely with founders and hiring managers to define role needs and scorecards. Craft great candidate experiences, from first touch to offer. Iterate quickly on recruiting strategies and sourcing channels. Contribute to scalable processes, systems, and reporting to support hiring at scale.
