Description Spa Guest Experience Concierge About Horseshoe Bay Resort & Bayside Spa Horseshoe Bay Resort blends luxury with genuine Texas hospitality on the shores of Lake LBJ in the Texas Hill Country. Located steps from the water's edge, Bayside Spa & Fitness delivers a tranquil lakeside escape surrounded by palm trees and beautifully maintained grounds. Featuring Aveda products and inspired by holistic wellness, the spa offers a curated menu of services including therapeutic massage, advanced facial treatments, body therapies, and nail services designed to restore and rejuvenate. The experience extends beyond traditional spa offerings. Guests also have access to Terrane (formerly Infused Med Spa + IV) , which blends wellness, aesthetics, and science through advanced medical aesthetic treatments and IV therapy, as well as Bayside Salon , offering precision haircuts, color, and special occasion styling tailored to enhance each guest's natural look. Together, these services create a comprehensive wellness and beauty destination-ideal for weekend getaways, post-golf recovery, or relaxation after a day of meetings or time on the lake. Position Summary The Spa Guest Experience Concierge is the primary point of contact at Bayside Spa & Fitness, responsible for creating a seamless and elevated guest experience. This role manages reception operations, appointment scheduling, and retail support, with occasional coverage at the Tennis Retail Boutique. Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Customer service experience in hospitality, spa, fitness, or retail environments. Experience managing guest interactions, scheduling appointments, handling transactions, and promoting services. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced setting.
