This position is designed for a remote working environment, allowing for flexible engagement while maintaining a strong connection with our outpatient office team. Our work hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand the needs and concerns of children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role is centered on the mental health care of children and adolescents, a population requiring specialized approaches and empathy. You'll be addressing conditions like anxiety and depression, while also managing behavioral disorders such as ADHD. Your interventions will directly support the developmental and emotional growth of young individuals, contributing significantly to their long-term outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• At least two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, focusing on child and adolescent mental health.

• Thorough knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and relevant therapeutic modalities.

• Experience in delivering both individual and family therapy tailored to younger populations.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on compassionate, child-centered approaches.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We are also pleased to provide a sign-on bonus to qualifying candidates.
