Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and emotional needs through detailed interviews and standardized diagnostic tools.

• Develop customized treatment plans that align with evidence-based practices and address the specific issues presented by each client.

• Provide personalized one-on-one psychotherapy sessions that incorporate various therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions or family therapy interventions when appropriate, promoting dialogue and support among participants.

• Monitor and document client progress, maintaining accurate records of sessions, interventions, and adjustments to treatment plans and goals.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and primary care providers, to ensure comprehensive service delivery.

• Participate in ongoing training, clinical supervision, and professional development sessions to enhance skills and stay updated on emerging mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LMHC will serve a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults from various socio-economic backgrounds seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 85,000 to 95,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
