Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic interviews, to identify clients' needs.

• Utilize therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) in various settings, including individual and group therapy.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients in acute distress, coordinating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, in compliance with our clinic's policies and state regulations.

• Offer psychoeducation and resources to families, fostering engagement and skill development in managing mental health conditions.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, through regular case review meetings.

Qualifications\n
