We're Hiring: VP Business Development — IT Services Parsippany, NJ | Remote - Friendly - Ideally NY/NJ Area & Dallas TX
Are you a hunter with a relationship-builder's instinct?
At TechTriad, we're a mid-market IT services company growing fast — and we need a driven Business Development Manager to help fuel that growth across IT Projects, Outsourcing/Near-Shoring, and Staff Augmentation.
- What you'll own:
- Building and closing a pipeline of new logo clients
- Developing relationships with senior decision-makers
- Hitting and exceeding revenue targets — consistently
- Partnering with delivery teams to win the right way
What we're looking for: 9+ years of Business Development experience in IT consulting services (non-negotiable) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Strong communicator, sharp negotiator, self-starter CRM-savvy with disciplined pipeline management Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
