Job Description:

Stone Mart is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and organized Office Assistant to support our daily administrative operations. The ideal candidate will help with a variety of tasks including clerical work, marketing support, basic accounting, and sales assistance as needed . This position plays an important role in keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the team.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with general office tasks and admistrative support

- Maintain accurate bookkeeping records
-Perform bank and credit card reconcilitation
-Familiar with Quickbooks or similar accounting software

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Previous office or administrative experience is a plus
