Job Description

TUESDAY - SATURDAY 1PM - 9PM


The House Attendant supports the housekeeping team in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall appearance of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces throughout the property. This role helps ensure guests receive exceptional service and a welcoming environment that reflects the Inn's luxury standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of public areas including hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and guest common spaces
• Execute turndown service
• Assist Room Attendants with linen delivery, trash removal, and supply restocking
• Respond promptly to guest and housekeeping requests
• Deliver amenities and requested items to guest rooms
• Ensure housekeeping closets and storage areas remain organized and fully stocked
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Support laundry and housekeeping operations as needed
• Follow all safety, sanitation, and hotel service standards

Qualifications

- Hospitality background preferred.
