Four Seasons Hotel One Dalton Street, Boston is currently looking for a Housekeeping House Attendant!

The Housekeeping House Attendant is responsible for cleaning public areas of the hotel. Stocks rooms and storage areas with clean linens. Picks-up and delivers guest request items. Gives assistance to Housekeepers in moving heavy objects in guest rooms. Also will comply with any additional requests that may arise pertaining to Housekeeping duties.

Essential functions of the job include:

• Keeping all guest corridors and public areas neat, vacuumed and dusted. Making sure mirrors, furniture, floors, ashtrays, elevators and doors are clean and mark-free. Keeping all service elevator landings, stairwells and linen storage rooms clean by sweeping, mopping and dusting the areas. Removing all trash from areas.
• Moving racks of clean room linen to guest room floors. Stocking linen storage rooms and armoires daily with supplies and amenities. Emptying trash and dirty linen from guest room floors.
• Responding to guest requests and inquiries while in the lobby. Answering guest questions and directing them to the areas they desire to be in.
• Assisting Housekeepers as required. Helping move beds and furniture, turning mattresses, removing or hanging sheers and drapes.

Knowledge and skills required include:

• Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
