Kitchen Manager

JEFFERSON PARISH

Jefferson Parish seeks a Kitchen Supervisor for the Child Nutrition program in a department center. You will supervise staff, ensure meals and snacks follow the approved menu cycle and CACFP patterns, and maintain sanitation in line with Louisiana codes. Responsibilities include ordering, inventory, record-keeping, and coordination with other Jeff CAP locations as needed. A diploma or associate degree in culinary arts/management plus kitchen experience is preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
