Sales Support Specialist Sarasota, FL (Onsite) $60,000 Annual Salary Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team in downtown Sarasota. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, customer support, quoting, vendor coordination, and keeping the sales process running smoothly. This is not a sales or cold-calling role. Instead, you'll work closely with outside sales representatives, customers, and manufacturers to prepare quotes, process purchase orders, track deliveries, and provide exceptional support throughout the sales cycle. Responsibilities Prepare customer quotes and proposals Coordinate pricing, availability, and lead times with manufacturers Process and manage purchase orders Track orders and communicate delivery updates Support outside sales representatives Research and validate inbound customer inquiries Maintain accurate records within company systems Assist with operational processes and administrative tasks Qualifications Experience in sales support, sales administration, customer service, procurement, order management, or a related field Strong organizational and communication skills High attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business systems/ERP software Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Compensation & Benefits $60,000 annual salary Health insurance stipend after 90-day introductory period 10 vacation days annually 4 PTO days annually 14 total paid days off per year Free secure parking Gym access included in the building Why Join?
