Patient Archive is a digital care coordination platform operated by Patient Navigator, registered in Florida. We connect patients with licensed healthcare professionals who provide care coordination, patient support, and platform-based services within the scope of their professional license. We are recruiting licensed clinicians and qualified trainees to participate in a platform pilot and ongoing patient-support activities.

Role summary We are seeking licensed and credentialed healthcare professionals and trainees to join our network as Patient Support Specialists . You will test and use our digital platform, provide patient-facing support via the platform and approved social channels, and deliver care coordination and specialist services consistent with your professional license and applicable state regulations.

Applicants must only perform services permitted by their license, certification, and local regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in platform testing and provide structured feedback on usability and clinical workflows.
• Provide patient support and care coordination through the platform and approved social channels.
• Triage patient inquiries and refer or escalate to appropriate licensed clinicians as needed.
• Document interactions per platform standards and maintain accurate records.
• Work strictly within your professional scope of practice and follow state licensing rules.
• Maintain patient privacy and comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
• Attend onboarding and periodic training sessions.

Minimum qualifications

• Active professional license, certification, or current enrollment in an accredited training program (as applicable).
• Clinical or patient-facing experience preferred.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and professional social media for patient-facing communication.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to working within professional scope and following organizational policies.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience with telehealth or digital care platforms.
• Prior experience in care coordination, case management, or patient navigation.

Compliance & legal

• All services must be delivered within the provider's licensed scope and in accordance with applicable state laws and regulations. U.S.-based applicants must ensure they are authorized to provide services to patients in the patient's state. Patient Archive will verify identity and professional credentials.
• Applicants will be required to complete identity verification and license/certification validation.
• Strict adherence to privacy, confidentiality, and data protection standards is required.
