Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive assessments to evaluate each client's mental health status, identifying areas of concern that will inform personalized treatment plans.

• Implement a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client needs, focusing on improving their overall mental health and emotional well-being.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to establish coordinated care plans, ensuring that all aspects of a client’s well-being are addressed.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention when necessary, demonstrating expertise and compassion in high-pressure situations to support clients in acute distress.

• Engage actively in community outreach efforts to promote mental health resources, reduce stigma surrounding mental health challenges, and increase awareness of services available at our center.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center focuses on serving a diverse client base that includes individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. As a Mental Health Counselor, you will work with clients facing a spectrum of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and more. Your role will not only assist in individual therapy sessions but also participate in group therapy workshops that encourage community building and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an independent and active license as one of the following: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, establishing rapport that fosters trust and encourages open dialogue.

• Exhibiting cultural competence and sensitivity, enabling effective engagement with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure accurate clinical documentation in compliance with organizational standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
