This position is primarily remote, allowing you the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions from your home or any location that suits you. Your work schedule will typically be from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with the possibility of occasional evening shifts to meet patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to assess and evaluate patients' psychological well-being, which informs treatment recommendations.

• Formulate and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific needs, preferences, and diagnoses, facilitating tailored therapeutic interventions.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to enhance patient outcomes.

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions focusing on emotional growth, coping strategies, and overall mental wellness.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to create a holistic approach and ensure a continuum of care for each patient.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will engage primarily with diverse clients facing various mental health challenges. This includes children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in fields such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Massachusetts.

• Strong foundation in mental health disorders, evidence-based practices, and trauma-informed care methodologies.

• Demonstrated proficiency in assessing mental health conditions, formulating diagnoses, and creating effective treatment strategies.

• Experience delivering individual and group therapeutic interventions using a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional crisis intervention skills with the ability to maintain calmness under pressure.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and form therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and proficient in computer applications vital for documentation and reporting.

Preferred Experience\n

• Two years of post-licensure experience preferred, assisting various patient populations within community health settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
