Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and screenings to identify the mental health needs of clients, using evidence-based methodologies to guide treatment plans.

• Provide short-term individual therapy for clients, addressing concerns such as anxiety, depression, and stress management, along with crisis intervention when necessary.

• Facilitate engaging therapy groups and workshops on pertinent topics such as stress relief techniques and time management skills for community members.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Demonstrated familiarity with the unique mental health concerns affecting community members, particularly those facing socioeconomic challenges.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
