Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial consultations and ongoing assessments to evaluate clients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health.

• Draft and implement personalized intervention and recovery plans for individuals, couples, families, and group therapy sessions, ensuring a tailored approach to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques to promote healing and development.

• Monitor and document clients’ progress using electronic health records to create transparent and real-time updates.

• Coordinate with hospitals and psychiatrists regarding client care when hospitalization is required, ensuring a seamless transition in care.

You will serve a varied client base, reflecting the rich diversity of the Lynn, Massachusetts community. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• A passing score on the National Counselor Examination (NCE) and/or the National Clinical Mental Health Counseling Examination (NCMHCE).

• Strong foundation in mental health counseling, evidenced by previous experience in a similar role.

• Proven experience working with clients with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.

• Understanding of the pharmacological impact of medications prescribed for mental health conditions and how they relate to therapy.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills paired with exceptional interpersonal abilities.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
