This full-time position allows for remote work flexibility, but you will primarily engage with students and staff on campus. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct intake assessments and screenings to evaluate the mental health needs of students promptly, ensuring appropriate diagnosis and treatment pathways are established.

• Deliver short-term individual counseling sessions and perform crisis interventions on urgent emotional issues, significantly impacting students' well-being.

• Collaborate with academic advisors, residential life staff, and student organizations to design and implement comprehensive support networks across the campus.

Qualifications\n

• An active professional license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is essential, while a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related disciplines is preferred.
