Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve a diverse clientele experiencing various mental health challenges, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, trauma, addiction, and developmental disabilities. Our approach is person-driven, focusing on each individual’s strengths, needs, and aspirations to promote healing and independence.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Candidates must possess an independent Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) license, with the willingness to pursue licensure in Massachusetts if currently licensed in another state—costs for this process will be covered by us.
