Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments, utilizing standardized tools to identify psychological concerns, formulate clinical diagnoses, and develop customized treatment plans.

• Deliver individual, couple, family, and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques tailored to client needs.

• Provide crisis intervention strategies to support clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability during emergencies.

• Maintain meticulous client documentation, including treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes, in compliance with ethical standards and privacy laws.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and social workers, to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate clients and their families on mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, specifically advocating for clients’ rights and needs.

• Participate in continuous professional development activities such as training and workshops to stay current with best practices in the field of mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n
