Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health and substance abuse needs, utilizing standardized assessment tools and clinical interviews.

• Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings, ensuring they are responsive to the evolving needs of clients.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through individual, group, and family therapy, tailoring approaches to suit each client’s unique circumstances.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation through our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies and enhance client outcomes.

• Participate actively in case discussions and treatment planning meetings to share insights, address challenges, and celebrate client progress.

• Provide crisis intervention services when necessary, assisting clients in acute distress and coordinating with emergency resources as needed.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
