Work Environment\n

This full-time position offers the flexibility of a remote work setting, allowing you to connect with clients from the comfort of home while still feeling like part of a dynamic team. Working hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. This role is situated within our supportive school framework, which underscores the importance of mental health in education.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Serve as a vital liaison between families and outpatient providers to enhance communication and continuity of care, ensuring that each child receives a holistic approach to their mental health.

• Engage with insurance companies to navigate pre-certification processes and conduct utilization management assessments to ensure that clients have appropriate coverage for their mental health needs.

• Participate in comprehensive discharge and aftercare planning to support transitions and prevent readmission, helping clients stabilize their mental health in the long term.

• Facilitate therapeutic meal support sessions, where you model establishing a healthy relationship with food, fostering an environment that emphasizes nutrition as a component of overall wellness.

• Provide empathetic and affirming care tailored to each client's specific circumstances, incorporating their diverse intersecting identities into treatment planning and delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role will primarily involve working with students and their families who face a variety of challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers an annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
