Full-Time W-2 Position
Expected Earnings: $75,000–$150,000 per year

TN Quality Roofing & Siding is hiring a motivated  Home Improvement Sales Consultant to meet with homeowners and sell roofing, siding, gutter, and window projects. Company-Provided Leads . Focus on Selling—not Managing Construction. This is a retail, in-home sales position supported by company marketing. Sales representatives receive approximately 2-3 company-generated leads per week and are not responsible for canvassing neighborhoods or managing construction crews.

Your focus is simple: meet with homeowners, understand their needs, present the right exterior improvement solution, explain available financing options, and close the sale. After the contract is signed, our project management team handles production and construction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners at scheduled sales appointments
• Evaluate the homeowner’s exterior improvement needs
• Present roofing, siding, gutter, and window solutions
• Prepare and explain estimates and proposals
• Educate customers about available financing options
• Build trust, overcome objections, and close sales
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records
• Communicate completed sales to the project management team
• Represent TN Quality Roofing & Siding professionally

Ideal Candidate

• Previous in-home, outside, or consultative sales experience
• Roofing, construction, remodeling, window, siding, or home-improvement sales experience preferred
• Proven ability to build relationships and close sales
• Comfortable discussing project pricing and financing
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Organized, dependable, and responsive
• Self-motivated and comfortable with performance-based compensation
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to travel throughout the assigned Middle Tennessee territory
