Job Description Snap Finance is seeking a dynamic and motivated Client Success Manager to join our field-based team. In this role, you’ll serve as the face of Snap to our existing merchant partners, working directly in your assigned territory to strengthen relationships, drive adoption of Snap’s offerings, and help our clients succeed. Whether you’ve held titles like Account Executive, Territory Manager, Customer Success Manager, or you’re early in your career with a strong service mindset, we’re looking for individuals who thrive on client interaction, autonomy, and meaningful impact. How you’ll make an impact Be a road warrior and work out of your car as you travel daily to meet customers face‑to‑face in your territory, completing 120-150 merchant visits each month Own relationships with Merchant Partners: serve as a trusted, strategic advisor with a focus on growth, building long‑term relationships with our clients Become an expert on our product: assist merchant partners in capturing more customers by offering Snap programs and promotions Identify and communicate feedback and suggestions to Snap support and product teams Use relationship building/account management techniques and sales reports/data to uncover additional revenue potential within your merchant portfolio Schedule and deliver “field training” sessions with our merchants and their staff Work closely with Areas Sales Manager to strategize on merchant account goals What you’ll need to succeed 1+ years of outside account management experience, or we will train entry level candidates with less experience – must have high levels of people, communication, and emotional intelligence skills Must live in or near the territory listed and be knowledgeable of local businesses in the area Strong experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems Professional approach with merchants – professional dress, verbal and written communication is key to representing Snap at the highest levels Business and technical acumen – using a consultative approach, possess experience analyzing merchant needs while focusing on customized sales techniques, identifying pain points, and leveraging market data Outstanding relationship‑building skills and strong customer service aptitude with a high degree of responsiveness High energy, positive, effective, and empathetic, able to easily connect with people of different backgrounds Highly motivated and self‑sufficient with a demonstrated track record of achieving measurable goals and creating own schedule Comfortable using a range of technology platforms while working out of your car all‑day Why Join Us Generous paid time off Competitive medical, dental & vision coverage 401(k) with company match for US Company‑paid life insurance Company‑paid short‑term and long‑term disability Access to mental health and wellness resources Company‑paid volunteer time to do good in your community Legal coverage and other supplemental options Value‑based culture with endless growth opportunities Snap values diversity and all qualified applicants will be considered for employment without attention to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, veteran or disability status.
