The firm has built a strong reputation in insurance defense and civil litigation , with attorneys handling matters through trial and appellate proceedings, as well as mediation and arbitration. The practice offers attorneys the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters while developing meaningful litigation and courtroom experience. What We’re Looking For Associate Attorney – 1–5 Years California Bar admission in good standing. 1–5 years of civil litigation experience. Strong legal research, writing, case management, and communication skills. Insurance defense or related civil litigation experience preferred. Associate Attorney – 5–12 Years California Bar admission in good standing. 5–12 years of civil litigation experience. Demonstrated experience independently managing litigation matters. Strong motion practice, discovery, deposition, negotiation, and courtroom skills. Compensation Associate Attorney – 1–5 Years: The annual salary for this position is between $125,000 – $180,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Associate Attorney – 5–12 Years: The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 – $225,000 Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
