This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the success of our clients by managing cases from intake to resolution in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities Manage and monitor active legal cases from intake through resolution Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing case status updates and addressing inquiries Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, medical providers, and third parties Organize and maintain accurate case files, records, and documentation Track deadlines, court dates, and case milestones to ensure timely progression Assist attorneys with case preparation, including gathering evidence and medical records Draft correspondence, demand letters, and other legal documents as needed Requirements Minimum 2 years experience as a personal injury case manager Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite High level of attention to detail and accuracy in documentation Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Bilingual (English/Spanish) About Us Law firm is a dedicated legal firm based in Houston, TX, committed to fighting for the rights of our clients with integrity and passion.
