Senior Sales Executive

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead growth across full-price and specialty channels.Key Responsibilities:Expand distribution with existing and new retailers, such as Anthropologie, Evereve, Tuckernuck, and expand into Macy’s and Nordstrom.Own and drive multi-million-dollar revenue growth within the first year.Manage the day-to-day wholesale operations, working cross-functionally with account managers, design, merchandising, and leadership.Develop strategic pricing and tiered distribution plans.Manage and drive DTC optimization based on sales dataQualifications:7-10 years of sales experience in women’s Casual knits, athleisure, or sportswear branded spaceProven track record scaling brands into multi-million-dollar wholesale businesses.Existing relationships with premium and specialty retailers.Strong negotiation and strategic planning skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment.Compensation & BenefitsAnnual base salary range: $120,000 - $130,000(Actual salary based on experience and skill level)Comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, Company HolidaysImportant Notice: Fraudulent CommunicationsIt has come to our attention that individuals have been posing as representatives of Li & Fung and may send fraudulent employment or other inquiries.
